Disha has delivered talks in several schools and journalism institutions, moderated panel discussions, and conducted workshops to train early career climate journalists.  

She has been a speaker on a UN panel to commemorate the World Press Day in 2021, and spoken at think tanks like ATREE and WRI-India, sharing her on-ground reporting experiences with researchers and scientists. 

Disha has spoken to journalism students at Universities like Columbia University, Hong Kong University, and the Asian College of Journalism. In addition, she has conducted a virtual workshop on behalf of Columbia Global Centers Amman as well as an in-person one at the East-West Center's Media Conference in Hawaii in 2022 on covering climate change.

In 2023, she was a panelist at one of Asia's largest media festivals - The Media Rumble. 

Disha has received several media mentions including ones in The Guardian and BBC World Service's Newsday radio programme where she was interviewed on the subject of the changing climate.
